Flavors and Systems
It is a specialist on creating flavors suited for tastes and preferences of every customer, besides fabricating and selling functional systems for food.
During 45 years on the industry, we have developed a library with more than 15,000 formulations that provide us unlimited variation capacity, which allow us to personalize the flavor at the size of tastes and preferences of each client.
- Technology: we use state-of-the-art technology to stabilize the note and intensity of every flavor or to hide non-desired flavors on complex processes that include exposure to high temperatures, humidity, pH, and large shelf life.
- Raw Materials: we provide great importance to raw materials availability and intermediate components used for producing our flavors, keeping minimum inventories of 6 months, which give us great flexibility and velocity of response to attend local and export market exigencies.
- Infrastructure: in our fabrication plant we count with the most complete, modern, and productive infrastructure, which allow us to dispose of the necessary installed capacity to properly attend every output production, in any of our product lines.
Besides, we will offer the market several functional system alternatives, the same that will help improve functional features of a food product, and in most cases will also help to its characterization.
Montana offered systems are divided in:
- Non flavored systems: they will help developing or improving its functional features of a determined product. Among this type of system we have the stabilizing emulsifier and sweetener systems, among others.
- Flavored systems: they are mix of ingredients that perform in many cases similar functions to the previously described systems, and at the same time provide flavor and color to the final product helping in that way its characterization such as soft drink units, nutraceutical drinks, base mixtures for listed products to consume, among others.
