Systems are mixes of ingredients that will help to improve the functional characteristics of a food product and in many cases, will help to characterize the product.
The systems offered by Montana S.A. are divided in:
Unflavored Systems: these are systems that help to develop or to improve the functional characteristics of a specific product. In this group we can find the following systems: stabilizers, emulsifiers, sweeteners among others.
Flavored systems: mixes of ingredients that in several cases have the same functions as the systems aforementioned, and at the same time give flavor and color to the final product, helping in the characterization of the product, as for example: units for soft drinks, nutraceutical beverages, base mixes for product ready for consumption among others.
